RETURN POLICY

At Trisample | Clothing Store, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make a return, you may do so in accordance with the conditions set forth below and the rights recognized by applicable law.
1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Where applicable, consumers have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without needing to state a reason.
To exercise this right, the customer must notify Trisample | Clothing Store of their decision within the established period and follow the instructions provided for making the return.
2. CONDITION OF RETURNED PRODUCTS
Products must be returned, whenever possible, in their original condition, unused, and retaining their labels, packaging, and other accompanying elements.
The customer may only handle the product to the extent necessary to ascertain its nature, characteristics, and functioning, similar to how they would in a physical store.
If the product has been used, washed, stained, deteriorated, damaged, or handled in a way that exceeds what is necessary to verify its nature, characteristics, and functioning, the customer may be held responsible for any decrease in the product's value, in accordance with applicable law.
In such cases, Trisample | Clothing Store may charge the customer for the corresponding costs of return, repair, reconditioning, or loss of value of the product, when legally appropriate.
3. RETURN COSTS
In cases where the right of withdrawal is exercised, the direct costs of return will be borne by the customer, unless Trisample | Clothing Store has expressly indicated otherwise or if the store is legally required to bear them.
When the product has been returned used, damaged, stained, washed, or handled beyond what is necessary to verify its characteristics, Trisample | Clothing Store may claim from the customer the amount corresponding to the decrease in value caused and, when legally applicable, any additional costs arising from such a situation.
4. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If the customer receives a product that is defective, damaged during shipping, or different from what was ordered, they should contact us as soon as possible.
In such cases, Trisample | Clothing Store will cover the return costs where applicable and will offer the customer the appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law.
The customer may have the right to repair, replacement, price reduction, or termination of the contract in the event of non-conformity, in accordance with current regulations.
5. CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS
Products specifically made according to the customer's instructions or that have been clearly personalized may be excluded from the right of withdrawal in cases provided by applicable law.
Before placing a customized order, the customer must carefully check the product's characteristics, including size, color, design, text, image, and other provided elements.
6. RETURN PROCESS
To request a return, the customer must contact:

The request must indicate, where applicable:
- Customer's name.
- Order number.
- Product to be returned.
- Reason for return, if applicable.
- Photographs of the product if there is a defect or incident.
Once the request is received, we will provide the necessary instructions for making the return.
7. REFUNDS
Once the return is received and verified, the corresponding amounts will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless another method is expressly agreed upon and is legally possible.
In the event that the product shows a decrease in value due to handling or use that exceeds what is necessary to verify its nature, characteristics, and functioning, Trisample | Clothing Store may deduct from the amount to be refunded the amount corresponding to said decrease in value, when legally appropriate.
8. ACCEPTANCE OF THE POLICY
By making a purchase at Trisample | Clothing Store, the customer declares to have read and understood the conditions applicable to returns and accepts that these will apply, respecting at all times the rights recognized by current legislation.
Trisample | Clothing Store reserves the right to update this Return Policy to adapt it to legal or commercial changes.
